Qualigrad International Limited Refund Policy

Effective Date: 15 October 2025
1

Overview

At **Qualigrad International Limited**, we are committed to providing high-quality education and training services. This Refund Policy explains your rights to cancel and receive a refund under UK consumer law.

This policy applies to all courses and learning services purchased directly from Qualigrad International Limited, whether online or by distance means.

2

Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

If you purchase a course online or by distance means, you have the legal right to cancel your purchase within **14 days of receiving your enrolment confirmation email**. This is known as the *cooling-off period* under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

  • If you cancel within the 14-day period and have not accessed or started the course, you will receive a **full refund**.
  • If you access any course materials, attend live sessions, or otherwise begin using the service during this period, you agree that we may deduct a reasonable amount to cover the proportion of the course that has already been provided.
  • Once a course has been **fully completed or substantially accessed**, the right to cancel no longer applies.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us in writing at **info@qualigrad.co.uk** within 14 days of your purchase.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving your valid cancellation request.

3

Refunds After the Cooling-Off Period

After the 14-day statutory cooling-off period has expired, refunds are not normally available, except where required by law or in exceptional circumstances (for example, if the course cannot be delivered as described).

If a course is cancelled or materially changed by Qualigrad International Limited, you will be entitled to either:

  • A full refund of any fees paid, or
  • A transfer to an alternative course of equal value, if available.
4

Subscriptions and Digital Content

For subscription-based services or ongoing access models:

  • You may cancel future billing at any time, but refunds are not issued for previous billing periods unless required by law.
  • Once access to digital content (such as downloadable course materials) has begun, you lose the right to cancel that content under Regulation 37 of the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, provided you were informed and gave your consent at the time of purchase.
5
